Tone before you train to get thicker. Btw, YES for those of you noticing 🤘🏽😜 I haven’t done an ab curcuit, HIIT work out or any lifts in 3 weeks. I just started doings legs with machines or bands so I’m using this opportunity to tone up. When i start lifting again will start out moderate but do heavy alot more, and allow myself a little extra carbs post and pre work outswith LOTS of protein 😈 Always make new challenges, keeps you in your toes.
