⚠️ Cena + Aggiornamenti primo appuntamento dallo psicologo ⚠️ ~ 50 gr di fusilli integrali biologici conditi con pesto di melanzana 🍆 fatto da me (melanzana cotta in forno, frullata con qualche pomodorino ciliegino e peperoncino) con aggiunta di altri pomodorini ciliegino 🍅 appassiti in padella 😋 ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Per quanto riguarda l'appuntamento con lo psicologo, dopo aver passato una giornataccia indecisa fino all'ultimo se presentarmi o meno, alla fine è andata meglio di come credevo. Lui assomiglia un po' a babbo Natale 🎅 e per questo mi ha ispirato fiducia 😳 Ho pianto molto raccontando i motivi che mi hanno portata a questo punto, e lui mi ha rassicurata dicendo che con il carico di stress che ho avuto sarebbe potuta andare anche peggio di così. Mi ha detto che secondo lui è il momento adatto per iniziare un percorso insieme, perché pensa che sia ancora molto scossa da avvenimenti passati ed inconsciamente riverso tutto questo sul cibo. Inoltre mi ha detto che in questo quadro si aggiunge anche la solitudine sofferta in questo ultimo anno: trasferirsi lontano da casa non è mai facile. In conclusione, ho bisogno di una "spinta" per sciogliere tutti i fardelli che ancora mi sento addosso e la questione cibo si risolverà da sé. Ma mi ha comunque chiesto di fare almeno un colloquio anche con un'altra specialista più pratica di disturbi alimentari. Ringrazio tutte coloro che stamattina mi hanno rassicurata: in effetti non è stato così terribile come me lo ero prospettato 😅 cercherò di impegnarmi nella risalita, non era vita quella che mi ero imposta di condurre.. non ero io. Spero di ritrovarmi. Come sempre ricevo un aiuto fondamentale da tutte voi, grazie ancora ❤️ . . . #healthyeating

لكلّ يللي حابب يعرف الطريقة اللي بتنعمل فيا سلطة الكينوا:🥗 . . . . . المكونات: كوب كينوا رأس بصل صغير بروكولي 🥦 كرومب بندورة سوريز 🍅 ٩٠غ صدر دجاج مشوي لتحضير الصلصة: حص ثوم صغير حامض ١🍋 نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح رشة صغيرة من الحرّ🌶 زيت زيتون ٢م طريقة التحضير: -يغسل كوب من الكينوا و يضاف إليه ٢ كوب ماء، و يترك على نار خفيفة لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة. -يفرم رأس البصل الى مربعات صغيرة. -يتم سلق البروكولي على البخار. -يمزج الكينوا مع البصل المفروم. -يضاف اليه البروكولي و الكرومب و البندورة، و أيضاً صدر الدجاج المشوي. -تسكب الصلصة على المزيج. -تقدّم باردة. 🥗👩🏻‍🍳🥦🍋🌶🍅👅 eating 👩🏻‍🍳
