Are you paying attention to what’s going on at the top of your deadlift? . 🍑Your hips can extend independently from your torso, BUT what if you’re experiencing pain in your low back at lockout? You may be using your hips and low back together to extend the hips- potentially leading to this excessive extension at the top of the deadlift. . ⚠️Try not to extend through the lumbar when you finish your deadlift. ✅Keep the torso rigid- stand and finish extending with your hips and squeezing the glutes tight 🍑 .
